MyInvoiceDB क्या है?
MyInvoiceDB Windows के लिए billing CRM software है, जिसमें ग्राहक, GST विवरण, invoice, product, inventory की जानकारी, payment और report संभाली जा सकती हैं।
क्या यह सच में हमेशा free है, या बाद में charge लगेगा?
हाँ, CRM free है और free ही रहेगा: कोई trial period नहीं, कोई feature limit नहीं, कोई activation key नहीं। हमारी कमाई सिर्फ उन optional WhatsApp, SMS और email messages पर छोटे margin से है जो आप भेजना चुनते हैं। आपका billing data आपके अपने PC पर एक file है, इसलिए आप कभी lock-in नहीं होते।
MyInvoiceDB की कीमत कितनी है?
CRM पूरी तरह free है — कोई subscription नहीं, कोई activation key नहीं। सिर्फ optional WhatsApp, SMS और email भेजने का per-message charge है, जो Razorpay से ₹10 से top-up होने वाले prepaid wallet से कटता है। Per-message rates ऊपर pricing section में दिखते हैं और हर send से पहले आपके wallet में फिर दिखते हैं; gateway fee top-up से कटती है और बाकी credit होता है।
MyInvoiceDB कैसे शुरू करें?
“Windows के लिए download करें” पर click करें, installer चलाएँ और app में Google से एक बार sign in करें। इसके बाद CRM की हर सुविधा free है।
Download के लिए account चाहिए?
नहीं। Download button से installer सीधे मिलता है, कोई form नहीं भरना। आप अपने PC पर app के अंदर Google से एक बार sign in करते हैं, इसलिए कोई activation key type करने या खोने का झंझट नहीं; वही account message wallet के लिए customer dashboard भी खोलता है। Install करने के दूसरे तरीके के रूप में Microsoft Store edition तैयार हो रहा है।
Installer चलाते समय Windows warning दिखाता है। क्यों?
Website का installer अभी code-signed नहीं है, इसलिए पहली बार Windows SmartScreen “unknown publisher” prompt दिखाता है। “More info” और फिर “Run anyway” पर click करें। आने वाला Microsoft Store edition Microsoft से signed होगा और बिना इस prompt के install होगा।
क्या mobile app है?
नहीं। MyInvoiceDB 64-bit Windows 10 (version 1809 या बाद का) और Windows 11 के लिए desktop app है। आपका account और message wallet myinvoicedb.com/app पर किसी भी phone browser से चलता है।
क्या यह बिना internet चलता है?
हाँ। एक बार Google sign-in के बाद app पूरी तरह offline खुलता और billing करता है। Internet सिर्फ wallet top-up, messages भेजने, Google Drive backup, Send to CA और app updates के लिए चाहिए।
PC crash हो जाए या चोरी हो जाए तो?
Settings में Google Drive backup on करें। App खुला रहने पर यह daily, weekly या monthly आपके database की password-encrypted copy upload करता है और आखिरी सात copies रखता है। नए PC पर app install करें, उसी Google account से sign in करें और अपने backup password से Drive या local .crmbak file से restore करें।
क्या मेरा staff या दूसरा counter इसे use कर सकता है?
आज एक PC पर एक database और एक owner login है। अभी multi-user mode या network sharing नहीं है। दूसरा PC backup से शुरू किया जा सकता है, लेकिन दोनों copies sync नहीं रहेंगी।
क्या यह e-invoice, e-way bill या GSTR files बनाता है?
अभी नहीं। IRN या e-way bill सरकारी portal पर बनाएँ और numbers invoice पर दर्ज करें; ये PDF पर print होते हैं और Excel export में दिखते हैं। GSTR-1, GSTR-3B और GSTR-9 summaries आपके CA के लिए screen पर दिखती हैं, और invoice register Excel में export होता है।
क्या मैं अपने पुराने customers और products ला सकता हूँ?
हाँ, Excel से। App के अंदर items, customers या suppliers का template download करें, भरें और .xlsx या .xls file import करें। दूसरे billing apps या opening balances के लिए direct importer अभी नहीं है।
क्या app Hindi में है?
यह website English और Hindi में है। App की screens आज English में हैं।
मेरा data कहाँ है, और क्या यह कभी मेरे PC से बाहर जाता है?
आपका billing data आपके Documents folder में crm_database.db नाम की file में रहता है। यह PC से बाहर सिर्फ तब जाता है जब आप चुनें: paid message भेजने पर (invoice number, amount, due date और customer का number या email delivery के लिए हमारे server पर जाते हैं), Send to CA use करने पर, या आपके अपने password-encrypted Google Drive backup में।
यह बड़े brand वाले billing apps से कैसे अलग है?
कोई yearly subscription नहीं, data vendor के cloud की जगह आपके अपने PC पर, और पूरा offline use। बदले में अभी mobile app और cloud sync नहीं है। Pricing section की comparison table दोनों पक्ष दिखाती है।
