Quotation से bill, एक click में
Estimate list खोलें, customer का मंज़ूर किया estimate चुनें और Convert to Invoice दबाएँ। Items, rate और GST नए sales invoice में आ जाते हैं। Proforma invoice भी ऐसे ही बदलता है।

Quotation, proforma या invoice?
Quotation या estimate एक offer है। Proforma invoice पक्का offer है, अक्सर advance माँगने के लिए। Tax invoice बिक्री का असली bill है, और GST sales में सिर्फ tax invoice गिना जाता है।

Estimate को PDF में save करके अपने PC से print, email या share करें। इस पर invoice settings से आपका business नाम, address और GSTIN आता है।

क्या quotation maker free है?
हाँ। Estimate, proforma invoice, delivery challan और invoice सब free हैं। सिर्फ optional WhatsApp messages prepaid wallet से paid हैं।
क्या quotation में GST जोड़ सकते हैं?
हाँ। हर item का अपना GST rate होता है, और estimate पर bill की तरह CGST + SGST या IGST दिखता है।
क्या quotation को bill के लिए दोबारा लिखना पड़ेगा?
नहीं। Convert to Invoice items और rate नए sales invoice में copy कर देता है।
क्या proforma invoice GST में मान्य है?
नहीं। Proforma invoice tax invoice नहीं है और GST return में नहीं जाता। बिक्री होने पर tax invoice दें।
