Does the portal expose business records?

FAQ

Questions and answers

Can I bring in my existing customers and products?

Yes, from Excel. Download the template inside the app for items, customers or suppliers, fill it in and import the .xlsx or .xls file. There is no direct importer for other billing apps or for opening balances yet.

Where is my data, and does it ever leave my PC?

Your billing data lives in a file called crm_database.db in your Documents folder. It leaves the PC only when you choose: sending a paid message (the invoice number, amount, due date and the customer’s number or email go to our server for delivery), using Send to CA, or your own password-encrypted Google Drive backup.
