Message wallet
Optional WhatsApp, SMS and email sending is billed per message from a prepaid wallet. Top-ups are processed by Razorpay; the payment gateway fee is deducted from the paid amount and the remainder is credited. Failed messages are refunded to the wallet automatically.

Account use
The Google account that unlocks the app owns its message wallet and must not be shared outside the business that operates it.
