Why move from a paper bill book
A paper bill book works, but it is slow and easy to lose. A bill book app keeps the same records and does the maths.
- ✓Bill numbers go up on their own
- ✓GST, CGST, SGST and IGST are worked out for you
- ✓Find old bills without turning pages
- ✓See who still owes you money
- ✓No carbon copies to fade or pages to tear
- ✓Print the bill or share it as a PDF
02
What your digital bill book keeps
Everything you used to write by hand, linked together in one place.
- ✓Customers with GSTIN and address
- ✓Products, HSN codes and stock
- ✓GST bills and estimates
- ✓Payments received and due
- ✓Purchases and expenses
- ✓Daily and monthly sales reports
03
On your PC or your phone
Use the Windows app at the shop counter, or the Android app from Google Play. Each device keeps its own data. There is no live sync between devices, so pick one device for billing if you want one bill book.
04
What costs money
Billing is free. Only WhatsApp messages cost money, like sending a bill or a payment reminder to a customer. You add money to a prepaid wallet from ₹10 and see the rate before you send.

Good to know before you start
We want you to choose with the full picture.
- ✓One owner account, no separate staff logins
- ✓It does not file or export GST returns; share your data with your CA
- ✓The Windows installer is not code-signed yet, so Windows may show a SmartScreen warning
- ✓Your bills live on your device, so turn on Google Drive backup or save a backup file
